PROJET DE FUSION - IXIOS FUNDS - IXIOS FUNDS LUX

Paris, le 22 juin 2026

Ixios Asset Management annonce le projet de fusion transfrontalière par voie d'absorption des compartiments Ixios Gold, Ixios Energy Metals et Ixios Special Situations d'IXIOS FUNDS, SICAV de droit français (RCS Paris 852 410 380), par les compartiments correspondants d'IXIOS FUNDS LUX, SICAV de droit luxembourgeois (RCS Luxembourg B307561).

Cette opération vise à faciliter la distribution de nos fonds auprès des investisseurs internationaux, grâce à une structure luxembourgeoise largement reconnue. Les objectifs de gestion, les politiques d'investissement, les profils de risque et les frais de gestion des compartiments restent inchangés. Ixios Asset Management demeure la société de gestion.

Principales modalités

  • Parité d'échange : une action d'IXIOS FUNDS LUX pour une action d'IXIOS FUNDS, dans la catégorie correspondante.
  • Date d'effet prévue : 1er septembre 2026, sur la base des valeurs liquidatives du 31 août 2026.
  • Conditions : autorisation de l'AMF et de la CSSF, et approbation par l'assemblée générale extraordinaire des actionnaires d'IXIOS FUNDS.
  • Droit de sortie : les actionnaires qui ne souhaitent pas participer à la fusion peuvent demander le rachat de leurs actions sans frais jusqu'au 1er septembre 2026.
