Letter to shareholders of the Ixios Gold sub-fund

We have the honor to inform you that the President of the SICAV, Ixios Asset Management, represented by its Managing Director, has decided to proceed with the merger of the Ixios Gold sub-fund of the IXIOS FUNDS SICAV and the Ixios Gold sub-fund of the IXIOS FUNDS LUX UCITS SICAV under Luxembourg law.

The Ixios Gold sub-fund of the IXIOS FUNDS SICAV will be absorbed by the Ixios Gold sub-fund of the IXIOS FUNDS LUX SICAV.

Each shareholder of the absorbed sub-fund will receive shares of an equivalent class in the absorbing sub-fund. This merger will be carried out on September 1, 2026, based on the net asset values ​​of August 31, 2026. The merger plan was approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on July 21, 2026. To facilitate the execution of this transaction, subscription and redemption requests for the absorbed Sub-fund will be suspended starting August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
